How does incoming e-mail work?
When an incoming email arrives in your Latinwomensite mailbox, a notice is automatically
sent to your email address. Then, you may go to your mailbox at Latinwomensite where
you can see a list of all incoming e-mails. Each email will be accompanied by the
Lady's photo and basic information. You can then choose whether or not to open each
message. You are not charged for messages you do not open.
Can I use Latinwomensite to send and receive emails without having a Profile?
No, in order to exchange email with the Ladies you must sign up.
Can I send a photo with my message?
Yes. The system allows attaching pictures.
Do I have to open all of my incoming e-mails on Latinwomensite?
No, you are under no obligation to reply to every Lady that writes to you, as the
Ladies are very well aware of the fact that the gentlemen using our service cannot
reply to everyone.
Why has my e-mail address been erased from my letter to the lady?
Please be informed that we work in compliance with International Marriage Broker
Regulation Act of 2005 (IMBRA), H.R. 3402, Public Law No. 109-162, Title VIII, Subtitle
D. According to this law it’s forbidden to render such information as e-mail addresses
and phone numbers on the dating websites. That’s why this data is edited out of
each letter of correspondence between you and the lady. However, you can exchange
your postal addresses with the lady and also obtain her any contact information
by phone (through our Phone Translation Service).
What is a credit?
Credit is a standard unit that enables you to read and write letters to the Ladies
registered at our website.
Why do I need to purchase credits on Latinwomensite.com?
In order to correspond with the Ladies you must have credits. The registration at
our site is free but you have to pay for your correspondence. This means that every
time you open a message from a Lady or send a message, you pay one credit. We do
not have a membership fee. You purchase e-mail credits and then the credits appear
on your account.
How do I purchase credits?
To purchase credits, click on the “Purchase credits” section in the lower left-hand
side of your account page. Fill out the order form. Then follow the instructions
to purchase.

Latinwomensite Email and Correspondence is the most effective way of connecting
with Ladies. One Email Correspondence Credit is deducted from your account for every
email sent. One Email Correspondence Credit is deducted from your account for every

How can I pay?
You can pay using any major credit card over our secure server at any time.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Please be assured that we use secure connection. The billing information that you
enter on our website is not saved as we use HTTPS servers. You can simply check
it yourself. You can see it on the page where you enter the billing information
in the address field in the browser window. It changes from http to https, which
means the information you enter there cannot be saved even if your Cookies are enabled.
How can I check my account balance?
Simply login and you’ll see your account balance on your Homepage. There you will
be able to see how many credits you have left, a link that will send you the page
if you need to buy more, how many emails you’ve sent and received, and your email
status.

Is it safe to post my pictures and basic information on my Profile?
Profiles are perfectly safe. Privacy/Safety features include:
- Your Last Name, Address, Etc. are NOT included in the listing.
- Only Registered Agencies can access Gentlemen's Listings, they are NOT available
to the general public. This means that Ladies will view the listings while they
are physically in a registered agency's office. There is NO CHANCE that your listing
will be seen by friends/neighbors/colleagues.
- Your email messages are located on our secure server.
How to upload photos?
You can add picture (up to three photos) by clicking on “My Profile” under "My account"
in the menu on the left-hand side. From there you can add photos. If you have any
difficulties uploading your photographs, you can send them to Customer Support Service
and they will be added to your profile for you.
